Jackson and Coker is a top healthcare staffing firm with nationwide reach, specializing in locum tenens (temporary staffing), locums-to-permanent and telehealth staffing. We work with healthcare organizations big and small to find the right physicians and advanced practitioners to provide quality patient care.

We’re looking for a Recruiting Manager to lead and innovate physician recruiting strategies across multiple specialty divisions. This is a strategic and hands-on role where you’ll mentor recruiters, optimize pipelines, and leverage technology to drive measurable growth in physician placements.   • Design and execute physician-focused recruiting strategies to improve fill rates and recruiter performance.

  • Innovate sourcing channels and pipeline-building techniques for hard-to-fill specialties.

  • Partner with sales, marketing, sourcing, and analytics teams to align recruiting plans with business goals.

  • Introduce technology and automation to maximize recruiter efficiency and reporting.

  • Mentor recruiters at all levels, fostering professional growth and productivity.

  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and events to attract top physician talent.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years in staffing (locum tenens or staffing industry preferred).

  • Proven success as a top producer with full lifecycle recruiting experience.

  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

  • Tech-savvy with CRM/ATS expertise and data-driven decision-making.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience).
