Role Overview:

Company: Venture Home

Location: Stamford, CT (On-site)

Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week) | 6-Month Internship

Schedule: 9 AM - 5 PM. Monday - Friday.

Compensation: $18/hour

CAREER OPPORTUNITY: This is a 6-month internship with a strong track to a permanent, full-time position! If you excel during the internship, we are very interested in bringing you on full-time to build your career with us.

Office Administration & Operations

• Prepare workstations, tech, and welcome materials to set up new team members for success.
• Manage daily office logistics, including incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Maintain office supply inventory and process Amazon orders as needed.
• Assist with the setup, coordination, and breakdown of company events and meetings.
• Provide flexible, ad-hoc administrative support to the Director of HR and the sales team as new daily needs or special projects (whatever pops up!) arise.

What We're Looking For

• Highly adaptable and willing to tackle a wide variety of tasks, from candidate sourcing to organizing the supply room.
• A strong communicator with a professional, welcoming phone presence and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Compensation & Perks

• Pay Rate: $18/hour
• Prominent Path to Full-Time: We are actively looking for someone who wants to stay long-term. There is a direct opportunity to transition into a permanent role after the 6-month internship if it goes well!
