Recruiting Intern
Start date: September 2026
Ideal duration: 6 months - 1 year
The Talent Acquisition Intern will collaborate in the recruitment process and the implementation of talent attraction strategies. The intern will provide support in various areas of the recruitment process, such as coordinating interviews, tracking vacancies, managing candidates, and other related administrative tasks.
We are looking for a proactive individual who is eager to learn and develop within the field of Human Resources, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our recruitment processes. Key Responsibilities
Interview Coordination:
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and the recruitment team.
Manage the necessary communications to keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the process.
Support in the Recruitment Process:
Collaborate in posting job openings across various digital platforms.
Perform initial resume screenings to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
Vacancy Tracking:
Maintain detailed tracking of the status of open vacancies, ensuring that deadlines and objectives are met.
Update internal databases with information regarding candidates and recruitment stages.
Talent Acquisition:
Participate in the organization of recruitment events, meetups, and job fairs to attract top talent.
Candidate Requirements
Education: Higher education (University Degree) in Business Administration, HR, Psychology, or similar fields.
Ability to sign an internship agreement (convenio de prácticas) with your university.
Availability: Ability to commit to a minimum 6-month internship, preferably full-time, ideally starting in September 2026.
Languages: High level of English and Spanish.
Tools: Advanced level of Excel.
