You will be responsible for managing and optimizing HRIS Recruiting and On-boarding processes, ensuring that system configurations, business requirements, and technical solutions are aligned throughout both implementation and operational phases.
Develop, maintain, and govern the Recruiting & On-boarding process model and system configurations.
Ensure alignment with the overall HRIS project roadmap during implementation and operational phases.
Primary point of contact for BPOs and local Subject Matter Experts and technical teams
Ensure solutions meet business requirements and gain stakeholder approval before deployment.
Monitor performance, risks and continuous improvement
Support Change Management and User Adoption
Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Compensation & Benefits, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in global HRIS projects and experience in HRIS implementation projects (build and/or run phases), preferably in an international environment.
Experience working either within a consulting firm or an internal HRIS team.
Operational HR experience in Recruiting & On-boarding processes within large organizations is a plus.
Strong knowledge of HRIS applications and processes, particularly in Recruiting & On-boarding.
SAP SuccessFactors (SAP SF) knowledge is required
Ability to translate business requirements related to employee data administration into technical solutions and system designs.
Knowledge of HRIS regulations, data privacy, and GDPR compliance.
Experience with KPI development, dashboard reporting, testing, validation, and incident management processes.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in an international and fast-paced environment.
