Primary Responsibilities

In this position, you may be a part of one or more of the following tasks:

• Assist members of our compliance team to help them serve their assigned group of clients
• Develop knowledge and experience to allow you to serve as a relationship manager for an assigned group of clients
• Learn general retirement plan guidelines to assist clients with questions.
• Review and approve client forms
• Assist in answering incoming calls & emails as needed.
• Prepare plan documents, annual non-discrimination testing, 5500 forms, and employer contribution calculations.
• Work closely with our Client Service and Recordkeeping teams

Primary Skills & Requirements:

• Current students looking to attain a bachelor’s degree or associate degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Customer service experience a plus
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Excellent analytical skills-good with numbers
• Must be trustworthy, organized, and disciplined
• A can-do attitude and desire to learn
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
