The Recruiting Coordinator/HR Operations Assistant supports the day-to-day coordination and administration of the Talent Acquisition function, with a strong focus on Workday Recruiting. This role manages core recruiting processes in the system, including job postings, candidate updates, offer letters, and reporting, while also coordinating interviews, pre-employment activities, and onboarding support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident working independently in Workday
