Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator – High-Volume Driver Recruitment

Location: Remote – Latin America

Type of Contract: Full-Time | EOR

Salary Range: USD $1,000–$1,200 per month

Our client is seeking a skilled Recruiting Coordinator with experience managing high-volume recruitment to join their growing team. You will play a key role in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding delivery driver candidates while maintaining a fast-moving recruiting pipeline. Your work will directly impact their ability to meet driver staffing goals and maintain efficient delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume recruiting pipeline focused primarily on hiring delivery drivers.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates through JazzHR, referrals, recruiting events, and other sourcing channels.
• Contact new applicants promptly and consistently follow up throughout the hiring process.
• Move qualified candidates through each stage of the recruiting process, including screening, interviews, offers, background checks, drug testing, and onboarding.
• Coordinate candidate onboarding across JazzHR, Amazon Logistics, Accurate, LabCorp, Paycom, and internal tracking spreadsheets.
• Maintain accurate recruiting and employee records, including candidate status, payroll information, schedules, and onboarding documentation.
• Partner closely with HR, Dispatch, Operations, and Payroll to ensure newly hired drivers are fully onboarded and ready to begin work.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, HR coordination, or high-volume candidate management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple candidates and open positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong spoken and written English skills for frequent communication with U.S.-based candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
• Comfortable conducting candidate outreach and interviews by phone, email, and text.
• Ability to quickly learn and work across multiple recruiting, onboarding, and payroll platforms.
• Based in Latin America and comfortable working remotely with a U.S.-based team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience recruiting drivers, delivery associates, warehouse employees, or other high-volume hourly positions.
• Experience with last-mile delivery, logistics, transportation, or Amazon Delivery Service Partner environments.
• Familiarity with JazzHR, Paycom, Amazon Logistics, Accurate, LabCorp, or similar ATS, payroll, background-check, and onboarding platforms.
• Experience working with recruiting metrics such as applicant response time, interview-to-offer conversion, onboarding completion, and fill rates.
• Comfortable working in an environment where recruiting speed and hiring volume are key performance indicators.
