Your role involves engaging with job seekers, guiding them through their job search journey, and matching them with their ideal job opportunities. You will:

• Schedule and interview applicants
• Help prepare candidates for first day on the job
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails in English and Spanish
• Support recruiting team in ensuring client satisfaction

You have:

• 1+ years in a customer service industry
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Spanish
• Multi-line phone experience preferred
• MS Office proficiency

Pay: $19.50 - $23.00 an hour
