As a Recruiting Coordinator at Ejad (ALTamkeen), your primary mission is to streamline the recruitment process in the oil and gas sector, ensuring the attraction and acquisition of top talent. Your role will be crucial in shaping the workforce that drives our company's success, by effectively coordinating with potential candidates and managing recruitment activities.
Devise and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies.
Craft and publish engaging job descriptions across various platforms.
Evaluate resumes and screen applicants to identify suitable candidates.
Conduct diverse interview formats including phone, online, and in-person.
Maintain meticulous records of interviews and hiring outcomes.
Prepare onboarding materials and conduct new employee orientations.
Manage confidential files and databases with the utmost discretion.
Oversee communication channels, including email and telephone operations.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and corporate events.
A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Petroleum Engineering or a related field.
Basic knowledge in social media, HR databases, and Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with human resources practices and policies.
Familiarity with conducting various interview types.
Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in both English and Arabic.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Leadership qualities and adaptability to shifting demands.
A high degree of attention to detail and data entry skills.
Strong Researching skills and self-Development.
Type of work: Hybrid (remote & office-based).
Working Days & Hours Sunday to Thursday, 9 a.m to 5 p.m
