Job Description

At JRM Construction, we build more than exceptional spaces - we build talented teams, rewarding careers, and trusted relationships. As a leading employee-owned construction firm, our people take ownership of every project and work collaboratively to deliver outstanding quality and a positive client experience. Guided by integrity, teamwork, continuous improvement, and genuine care for our people, JRM provides an environment where employees can grow and help shape the company’s long-term success.

JRM Construction Management is a $1.5B employee-owned construction management and general contracting firm with over a decade of trusted experience. Headquartered in New York City, with regional offices operating in South Florida, Los Angeles, and New Jersey, JRM delivers the highest standard of excellence to clients. As a 100% employee-owned company, JRM knows that dedicated, accomplished employees are the heart of any successful enterprise, and is always looking to add passionate people to its teams across the U.S.

The Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator owns the operational backbone of JRM's talent acquisition function - from requisition management and interview logistics to systems accuracy, reporting, and process design. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, this role goes beyond day-to-day execution: it requires someone who thinks holistically about how candidates move through the pipeline, where friction exists, and how the TA team's tools, data, and workflows can run more efficiently.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and execution-strong but also brings a systems mindset - someone who notices patterns, questions inefficient processes, and proactively improves them.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end interview scheduling and onboarding logistics across multiple locations, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of job requisitions in the ATS - posting, tracking, and closing - with a focus on data accuracy and process consistency.
  • Maintain and audit candidate records across the ATS, identifying and correcting data gaps or workflow breakdowns before they become problems.
  • Continuously evaluate TA processes - scheduling, communications, requisition workflows - and recommend or implement improvements.
  • Partner with the TA team on job description creation and updates, ensuring consistency and quality across postings.
  • Support resume review, phone screens, and interview coordination for interns, rotational program participants, and entry-level candidates.
  • Serve as a systems resource for the TA team - troubleshooting ATS issues, documenting best practices, and helping new team members onboard to tools and processes.
  • Capture and follow through on action items from team meetings, helping drive departmental initiatives to completion.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR operations, or a related coordination role.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies and improve processes, not just follow them.
  • Comfortable working with data and reporting tools to draw insights, not just record information.
  • Strong systems fluency - quick to learn and optimize use of platforms.
  • Able to work independently and take ownership, while collaborating effectively across a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong customer-service mindset toward candidates and hiring managers.
  • Comfortable handling confidential candidate and new-hire information.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills, with sharp attention to detail.

Systems

Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse or similar ATS.
