Public Consulting Group (PCG) is currently seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our Human Capital Management (HCM) team. For the right, motivated individual, there is an excellent opportunity for career development and provide guidance on any of the following HR functions.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Work with recruiting teams to help with hiring projects across all practice areas.
• Participant in onboarding activities and requirements of new hires.
• Collaborate with the HCM team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence.
• Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people related hiring strategy and execution
• Maintain recruiting dashboards to identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform strategic decision-making.
• Leverage Workday reporting tools to meet recurring and ad-hoc reporting needs and metrics.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports and dashboards.
• Uses a variety of systems to extract data and manipulate data needed for reporting purposes.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Help TA Team through data analysis and automation.
Approving/Editing/Rejecting NPR tickets (edit managers and start dates which requires access to NPR console)
• NPR Exception tickets and update cost centers
• Responsible for Submitting/Confirming referral bonuses
• Responsible for Submitting NPR tickets for conversions (temp to perms have their own type of NPR ticket to submit manually in Remedy Force)
• Responsible for working with the HRIS team with Workday Recruiting troubleshooting
• Responsible for supporting the Internal Mobility Process
• Help Support and work with the recruiting team to manage the summer Internship program support
• Help Support the Vendor Management system (VNDLY)

Qualifications
• BS or BA degree required
• 0-2 years of related experience in Human Resources.
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures and experience working with employees and managers.

Core Responsibilities

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

  • Support recruiting teams across multiple business areas by assisting with sourcing, screening, hiring, and onboarding activities.
  • Source and screen candidates for specialized roles across multiple states and conduct initial candidate outreach and qualification reviews.
  • Coordinate candidate interviews and collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
  • Support internal mobility initiatives and employee movement processes.
  • Assist with workforce planning and hiring projects by providing recruiting and operational support.
  • Support and coordinate activities related to internship and early talent programs.

Workforce Operations & HR Support

  • Manage New Personnel Request (NPR) workflows, including reviewing, approving, editing, and resolving NPR-related requests.
  • Process NPR exception requests, update organizational and cost center information, and support employee status changes and conversions.
  • Submit and track employee referral bonuses and ensure timely processing.
  • Participate in onboarding activities and support new hire documentation and compliance requirements.
  • Review background screening results, verify hiring requirements, and resolve discrepancies to maintain compliance standards.
  • Provide troubleshooting support for recruiting and HR systems in partnership with HRIS and cross-functional teams.
  • Serve as a liaison between recruiters, hiring managers, HR teams, and external partners to facilitate hiring and workforce processes.

Vendor & Contingent Workforce Management

  • Support administration and maintenance of the VNDLY Vendor Management System (VMS).
  • Act as a point of contact for staffing agencies, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring vendor’s information remains current and accurate.
  • Coordinate communications with staffing partners and support contingent workforce programs and initiatives.
  • Collect, verify, and maintain contingent worker and vendor data to support workforce operations and reporting.
  • Track contingent workforce metrics and assist with vendor management processes.

Data Analytics, Reporting & Process Improvement

  • Maintain recruiting dashboards and workforce reports to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Extract, analyze, validate, and maintain workforce data while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Conduct workforce cost analyses, including evaluations of pay rates, bill rates, markups, and conversion opportunities.
  • Support automation initiatives and process improvements that enhance recruiting and workforce operations efficiency.
  • Perform data validation, cleanup, testing, and quality assurance activities to improve system accuracy and reporting effectiveness.

Key Contributions

  • Support recruiting and hiring efforts across multiple states and business functions.
  • Serve as a key contributor to the implementation and ongoing support of the VNDLY Vendor Management System.
  • Manage NPR workflows, approvals, employee conversions, and compliance reviews.
  • Maintain relationships with 30+ staffing agencies and support contingent workforce operations.
  • Conduct workforce data analysis and reporting to support hiring, vendor management, and strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with HRIS, recruiting, and business leaders to troubleshoot recruiting systems and improve processes.
  • Perform data integrity and cleanup initiatives to improve workforce reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Produce workforce cost-savings analyses and recommendations related to contingent labor management.

Compensation:

Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, PCG provides a reasonable range of compensation for this role. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave.

Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $51,000-$59,500. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role.
