This position manages the posting process and entire pre-employment process for all hires on the campuses. The Recruiting Coordinator is a front-facing role administering talent acquisition hiring processes and onboarding of new employees, including managing job postings, managing the offer process, ensuring compliance requirements, and serving as a primary point of contact to both hiring department and new hire.
Minimum Qualifications
Associate's degree in business or human resources management or related field and one year of related experience; or any equivalent combination of education, experience and training.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge and skill in (or ability to quickly learn) utilization of relevant applicant tracking software and other technical resources.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to plan, organize and effectively manage multiple assignments.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequently changing priorities.
- Ability to focus on providing a high level of customer service and follow through.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
- PHR or SHRM certification
- Human Resources or Recruiting experience
