Job Description
The Human Resources & Recruiting Coordinator works closely with the Corporate Recruiter to provide administrative, recruiting, onboarding, and employee support throughout the hiring lifecycle. This position serves as a key point of coordination between candidates, hiring managers, HR, and operations teams while ensuring recruiting processes, onboarding activities, and HR systems remain accurate, timely, and compliant.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-service driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Support
- Maintain and update job boards to ensure postings remain accurate, current, and aligned with hiring needs
- Close job postings once offers have been accepted
- Open requisitions on the requisition tracking sheet and ensure all information is completed accurately
- Coordinate and schedule intake calls for newly opened positions
- Monitor ATS workflow processes to ensure system accuracy and proper candidate flow
- Decline applicants in the ATS and document disposition reasons on tracking spreadsheets
- Coordinate travel arrangements for candidates or employees coming in for interviews
- Support the Corporate Recruiter with scheduling, candidate communication, interview coordination, and recruiting administration
- Handle recruiting-related invoices and billing issues
- Assist with recruiting projects and process improvements as needed
Onboarding Support
- Coordinate onboarding appointments and collect required onboarding documentation
- Assist with direct deposit documentation and backup collection
- Provide onboarding coordination support for out-of-state employees
- Ensure applications and employee information are properly entered into ADP
- Monitor completion of pre-employment requirements including:
- Drug screens
- Background checks
- Follow up on offer letter approvals and assist with onboarding documentation flow
- Maintain employee files and onboarding records in both paper and digital formats
Hiring Manager & Employee Support
- Coordinate equipment request processes and ensure hiring managers understand how to submit requests
- Provide support to newer hiring managers throughout the onboarding and hiring process
- Maintain front-line communication with employees and candidates through phone, email, text messaging, and in-person interactions
- Provide front-line HR support including HRIS password assistance and employee questions
- Support the HR team with administrative and operational tasks as needed
Human Resources Administration
- Maintain Human Resources records to ensure compliance with state and federal laws
- Manage and maintain employee files, records, and HR documentation
- Support necessary office supplies, uniforms, for new hires
- Manage invoice reconciliation
- Maintain and manage door security access
- Maintain and run annual MVR processes
- Contribute to team goals and assist with additional duties as assigned

- Minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources, Recruiting Coordination, Talent Acquisition Support, or Administrative HR support
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate degree or higher preferred
