Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to support our client's Talent Acquisition team. This role is primarily responsible for coordinating and executing recruiting operations, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding support.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This individual will also have the opportunity to support entry-level requisitions and gain exposure to full-cycle recruiting.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
  • Support the requisition approval process and ensure job postings are accurate and timely
  • Draft and post job descriptions across internal and external platforms
  • Review resumes and assist with initial candidate screening for select entry-level roles
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support recruiting workflows and hiring timelines
  • Prepare and generate offer letters and support the offer process
  • Coordinate pre-employment and onboarding activities for new hires
  • Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations
  • Assist with recruiting metrics, reporting, and general Talent Acquisition operations
  • Perform other duties as assigned

    Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Exposure to recruiting or talent acquisition processes
  • Experience supporting hiring in a fast-paced or technical environment (e.g., aerospace, defense, engineering)
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools and coordinating across multiple calendars/time zones
