Since its founding in 2015, 1X has been at the forefront of developing advanced humanoid robots designed for household use. Our mission is to create an abundant supply of labor via safe, intelligent humanoids. We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. As our Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll be at the center of our hiring engine, ensuring candidates have a seamless experience, interviews are well-orchestrated, and our internal processes are running efficiently. You’ll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to make sure no detail falls through the cracks.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews, manage logistics, and coordinate across time zones for candidates and interviewers

• Own communications with candidates throughout the process, providing timely updates and an outstanding experience

• Maintain and update our ATS (we use Rippling) to ensure accuracy in candidate records and reporting

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to continuously refine interview plans and scheduling strategies

• Prepare offer letters, organize feedback debriefs, and help move candidates quickly through the funnel

• Support employer branding and hiring events as needed

• Track key recruiting metrics and assist with reporting

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a recruiting, HR, or coordination role, ideally in a fast-paced tech or hardware environment

• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to juggle many moving parts

• Clear communicator, both written and verbal, with a candidate-first mindset

• Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)

• Discreet, professional, and trustworthy with sensitive information

• Passion for building great teams and enabling great hiring

Compensation

At 1X your work and results will be rewarded with a total rewards package consisting of a base salary, stock options and benefits. Base salary range is $85,000 to $`100,000. Your actual salary will be based on your knowledge, skills and experience.
