What would you do? To own end-to-end candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and coordination for a defined portfolio of requisitions by building quality talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels and ensuring seamless interview execution across HR, technical, and leadership rounds. The role serves as the central point of contact between candidates, recruiters, and interview panels, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, timely assessments and feedback, strong turnaround times, and accurate ATS data management.
• Strong hands-on experience in interview scheduling and coordination-heavy roles.
• Comfort with calendar tools such as Outlook and Google Calendar for scheduling across time zones.
• Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and interview scheduling platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and high-volume hiring pipelines simultaneously.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with strong prioritization ability.
• Strong follow-up, responsiveness, and attention to detail across every touchpoint in the interview cycle.
• Ability to handle last-minute changes, reschedules, and ambiguity effectively without impacting candidate experience.
• Good communication skills with a candidate-first approach in every interaction.
• MS Excel / Google Sheets proficiency for building trackers, dashboards, and daily / weekly status views.
• Assessment coordination and feedback tracking experience with recruiter and panel stakeholders.
• Comfort working with ATS, calendars, and tracking sheets in a fast-paced hiring environment.
• Advanced proficiency in the English language for candidate emails, invites, and stakeholder communication.
• Analytical mindset to solve day-to-day scheduling issues and take decisions with minimal instruction.
• Basic awareness of hiring processes, compliance norms, and data privacy while handling candidate information.
What are we looking for? • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in interview scheduling, coordination, or TA operations in a corporate, GCC, or shared-services environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Any Graduation).
•Industry Certifications
• Certifications in HR Operations, LinkedIn Recruiting Fundamentals, or SHRM-CP shall be an added advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities: • Drive strong end-to-end candidate sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, talent mapping, and database searches to build quality talent pipelines across multiple roles.
• Own end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple rounds – HR, technical, and leadership panels.
• Coordinate with candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers to align availability across time zones and locations.
• Handle calendar management, interview invites, reminders, and rescheduling with speed and accuracy.
• Ensure smooth execution of interviews – virtual meeting links, meeting rooms, and panel readiness.
• Coordinate assessments – online / offline, case studies, tests – and track completion to closure.
• Share instructions, timelines, and follow-ups with candidates for assessments and interview logistics.
• Drive timely feedback collection from interviewers and evaluators after every round.
• Track hiring progress and flag delays or bottlenecks proactively to recruiters and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate data in the ATS and scheduling trackers at every stage of the pipeline.
• Act as the central point of contact between candidates, recruiters, and interview panels through the hiring cycle.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the interview journey.
• Maintain structured trackers for interviews, assessments, and feedback for weekly reporting.
• Continuously improve scheduling and coordination workflows to reduce TAT and rework.Any Graduation
