Job DetailsJob Location: Burton Office - Burton, MI 48519Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 HourlyKett Engineering is seeking a full-time recruiter to join our team in Burton, MI. You will be responsible for recruiting new employees and providing administrative support to the recruiting department.

Responsibilities:
Assist with front end recruiting and hiring efforts
Maintain personnel records, in compliance with HR regulations
Compile reports from personnel databases
Review and update HR information system records
Making phone calls to candidates / potential employees
Setting interview appointments
Booking employee travel
Communicate all relevant information to employees and job applicants
QualificationsQualifications
Familiarity with recruiting and/or Human Resources preferred
Familiarity with using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System.)
Experience with MS Office
General knowledge of labor and employment laws preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
