Job Description

Purpose of Job

The Recruiting Assistant role will support KWEUSA's hiring process by posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening resumes and creating offer letters.

Key duties will involve communicating and coordinating with hiring managers and applicants, managing our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and engaging with new and current employees relating to recruiting.

Paid Time Off (PTO)

  • PTO begins to accrue for eligible new hires on their first day of employment with the Company, subject to the accrual cap.

Paid Holidays

  • Newly hired employees are entitled to all mandatory and optional/shift holidays that remain for the calendar year. A newly hired employee who begins employment after January 1 of the calendar year is not entitled to more than ten (12) paid holidays for that calendar year.

Retirement Plan

  • 401(k) Plan (current employer match .50 cents for each employee dollar) subject to the current vesting schedule.

Student Loan Assistance

  • Eligible for student loan assistance after three (3) months of continuous employment, pending verification.
  • Company monthly contribution of $437.50, not to exceed an annual contribution of $5,250.00.
  • Any eligible employee participating in both Student Loan Assistance Program and Tuition Reimbursement Program is subject to a total maximum annual amount of $5,250.00 for both programs combined for the calendar year.

Tuition Reimbursement

  • Eligibility for Tuition Reimbursement is three (3) months of continuous employment.
  • Reimbursement is limited to $5,250.00 per employee per calendar year.
  • Any eligible employee participating in both Student Loan Assistance Program and Tuition Reimbursement Program is subject to a total maximum annual amount of $5,250.00 for both programs combined for the calendar year.

Wellness Day

  • Eligible for one (1) Wellness Day for an annual physical exam per year subject to submission of required documentation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. Support Hiring Managers with creating job requisitions using iCIMS, our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Daily 2. Assist with sourcing candidates, using various job websites. Daily 3. Help communicate with candidates to coordinate and schedule interviews with Hiring Managers. As needed.4. Assist with creating Offer Letters for candidates using our ATS. As needed.5. Communicate with Hiring Managers and their support staff for status updates and information requests. As needed.6. Communicate with Human Resources to advise acceptance of Offer Letters to assist with Onboarding.7. Via Teams, engage with new employees and provide a New Hire Orientation. As needed8. Distribute New Hire Kits to new employees. As needed9. Prepare and manage a monthly recruiting report for management. Monthly10. Prepare and manage the referral bonus report for payroll processing. Bi-monthly11. Assist with Recruiting & Training projects. As needed.12. Communicate with staff about recruiting and/or training matters. As needed.13. Support and collaborate with department colleagues on various administrative subjects. As needed.14. Participate in an annual Branch Manager training by presenting information on Recruiting. Annually.

List any required skills (computer, machinery, typing, etc.): Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), LinkedIn savvy, familiarity with candidate sourcing, familiarity with using an ATS, preferably iCIMS.

List any required special attributes (ability to move/pick-up certain weight capacity, personality traits, certain aptitudes, etc.): Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently (as well as with a group). Confident, great attention to detail, dependability, and a positive attitude.
