We’re searching for a Recruiting Administrator to provide support to our Recruitment Team and be the face of our front desk reception to ensure a pleasant experience for all potential candidates.

As Recruiting Administrator, You Will…

• Welcome scheduled and walk-in applicants
• Assist applicants and address inquiries during all phases of the recruitment process
• Coordinate communication between campus and operations
• Schedule interviews
• Coordinate and administer pre-employment tests
• Provide support with Welcome Letter creation
• Assemble new hire plans and rosters
• Input employee data and maintain employee files for data & analytics
• Have ownership & support all Recruiting Admin related duties

As Recruiting Administrator, You Have…

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• 1 - 2 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
• HR/Recruiting experience (considered an asset)
• Basic knowledge of sourcing and recruitment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong attention to detail
• Strong analytical and customer service skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A dynamic, proactive attitude with a passion to learn new things and adapt to change
• The ability to listen and maintain patience during difficult situations
• The ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization and work with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds
