Tasks & responsibilities

As a Recruiter

  • You know your business inside out: you have end-to-end responsibility for recruiting processes and manage them in close collaboration with the business and HR Business Partners.
  • You are an expert in the market, able to attract and select the most suitable candidates using a broad range of identification and assessment approaches.
  • Your daily tasks include actively identifying and contacting candidates for open vacancies and pipelines, screening incoming applications, conducting interviews, and negotiating contractual conditions.
  • You independently prioritize work, manage deliverables and meet timelines.
  • You develop and decide on the appropriate recruitment strategies.

About our future employee

You should speak German fluently (C1 level) and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruiting (in-house or agency). Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.

Additionally, we are looking for:

  • Completed higher education, preferably in HR or related fields
  • Good English skills (min. B2 level)
  • Proven skills in people assessment and advanced interview techniques
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships
  • Strong empathy, team spirit, accountability and service orientation
  • A positive mindset with the ability to contribute ideas in our Speak-Up culture and participate in process optimization
  • Ability to address complex issues with a solution-oriented working style (e.g., within the HR three pillar model)
