Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Strategically source top-tier candidates across multiple functions through targeted outreach and market research
  • Source candidates via job boards and resume databases (LinkedIn, APEC, etc.)
  • Ensure identified prospects are not already listed in internal systems (e.g., AMF database)
  • Initiate contact with prospects and follow up to maintain engagement
  • Conduct brief pre-screening interviews and produce structured interview summaries
  • Provide recruiters with pre-qualified shortlists accompanied by interview reports
  • Build, manage and nurture a dynamic talent pool to support current and future recruitment needs
  • Assist recruiters in tracking application management
  • Coordinate manager interviews (availability, site access, Teams link, department visits)
  • Follow up with managers to confirm interview completion and obtain feedback reports
  • Launch and monitor candidate assessments (tests, evaluations, etc.)
  • Enhance recruitment efficiency by tracking and analyzing KPIs
  • Feed and track key performance metrics in Oracle and/or other tools
  • Conduct data-driven analyses and propose actionable recommendations to improve hiring processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or similar areas
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team
  • Ability to interact with multiple HR and business stakeholders while building trust and confidence with candidates
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • High level of rigor and organizational ability in managing tasks and data
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to respond quickly to operational manager needs
  • Skilled in using job boards, resume databases, and sourcing tools
  • Experienced in pre-screening interviews and rapid candidate qualification
  • Competent in writing concise and relevant interview reports
  • Familiar with recruitment processes within industrial environments
  • Proficient in Excel (tracking sheets, data synthesis) and knowledgeable in Oracle
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook and Teams for logistical coordination
  • Fluency in French
