Recruiter UK & EMEA

Department: Enabling : People and Development

Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time

Location: Spain

Reporting To: Senior Recruitment Partner UK & EMEA


We are looking for a Recruiter to manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes across UK and EMEA, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver timely, high‑quality hiring outcomes in these key regions. This role is hands‑on and delivery focused, ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple recruitment processes while building strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Delivery

  • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes across UK and EMEA, from role briefing to offer acceptance
  • Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, timelines and interview processes
  • Source, screen and assess candidates using a variety of channels
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback and offer processes efficiently and professionally
  • Ensure an inclusive, consistent and positive candidate experience

Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong working relationships with hiring managers and local People teams across UK & EMEA
  • Provide regular updates on pipeline status, challenges and regional market conditions • Support hiring managers with interview best practices and decision making

ATS & Process Management

  • Manage and maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS (Pinpoint)
  • Ensure recruitment processes are compliant with internal policies and local/regional requirements
  • Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and regional ways of working

Reporting & Collaboration

  • Track recruitment activity and support reporting requirements • Collaborate with Senior Recruitment Partners on complex or senior roles
  • Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives in UK & EMEA as needed

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role
  • Experience managing multiple roles simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
  • Experience recruiting across UK and/or EMEA markets is a plus
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools
  • Fluent in business English
