Job Description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Recruiter - Talent Pipeline and Candidate Community based in Brazil.

This is an ownership-focused recruiting role centered on building a strong, continuously engaged talent community before positions even open.
You will manage a full recruiting desk across customer support, executive assistance, virtual reception, accounting, bookkeeping, and sales operations.
The role combines proactive sourcing, structured interviewing, candidate engagement, and full-cycle hiring for the U.S. market.
You will be expected to maintain warm, segmented talent pools and move qualified candidates into live opportunities quickly.
Success is measured through hiring speed, shortlist quality, candidate experience, pipeline freshness, and measurable recruiting outcomes.
You will work remotely with international stakeholders in a fast-paced environment that values experimentation, accountability, AI, and automation.
This is an ideal opportunity for a recruiter who wants to build systems, influence how recruiting works, and take ownership of measurable results.

Accountabilities

  • Build, maintain, and continuously refresh talent communities for priority role families, proactively sourcing, interviewing, vetting, segmenting, and re-engaging candidates before positions become available.
  • Manage a full-cycle recruiting desk across multiple open positions, from job posting and screening through interviews, shortlist presentation, hiring, and candidate start.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand the actual hiring bar, distinguish essential requirements from preferences, and deliver evidence-based shortlists.
  • Recruit primarily for U.S.-market roles and quickly develop an understanding of unfamiliar positions and candidate profiles.
  • Maintain a high-quality candidate experience by responding promptly, providing useful feedback, and keeping strong rejected candidates engaged for future opportunities.
  • Track pipeline freshness, candidate availability, readiness, seniority, and interest so that talent pools remain genuinely actionable rather than becoming static databases.
  • Work toward ambitious recruiting targets, including presenting qualified candidates within 24 hours when possible and closing roles within approximately 14 days.
  • Use recruiting data and weekly performance metrics to identify bottlenecks, explain results, and improve decision-making.
  • Lead at least one recruiting improvement initiative that enhances processes or practices for the wider recruiting function.
  • Experiment with AI, automation, sourcing channels, screening approaches, and other technologies to reduce manual work and improve recruiting efficiency.
  • Requirements

    • Proven experience personally building and maintaining a talent pool, bench, or candidate community, including interviewing and vetting candidates before roles opened, keeping them engaged, and subsequently hiring from the pool.
    • Recruiting experience in at least one relevant area, such as customer service/support, executive assistance, virtual reception/front desk, accounting/bookkeeping, or sales operations.
    • Previous experience recruiting for the U.S. market and working with U.S.-based companies or hiring managers.
    • Experience managing multiple open roles simultaneously and delivering hires against deadlines.
    • Advanced written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate confidently with candidates, hiring managers, and international stakeholders.
    • Ability to work Monday through Friday with substantial overlap with U.S. Central Time and maintain a reliable remote working setup.
    • Strong sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, stakeholder management, organization, and follow-up skills.
    • A data-driven, accountable mindset, with comfort having performance measured through clear weekly metrics.
    • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, move quickly, and maintain quality without requiring day-to-day direction.
    • Comfort learning and using ATS platforms, AI tools, automation solutions, messaging channels, and other recruiting technologies.
    • Experience recruiting remotely across LATAM, the Philippines, or Africa is a strong advantage.
    • Staffing agency, BPO, RPO, offshore staffing, or similar high-volume recruiting experience is preferred.
    • Experience with Workable, AI-assisted recruiting, or automation is a plus.
    • Candidates should be comfortable working in an evolving environment where processes are continuously tested, measured, and improved.
    • Benefits

      • USD $1,250/month during the first 90 days, increasing to USD $1,500/month thereafter.
      • Fully remote, full-time position with the ability to work from Brazil.
      • Monday-to-Friday schedule with overlap with U.S. business hours.
      • Ownership of a recruiting desk and talent community rather than a task-based role.
      • Direct exposure to U.S. hiring managers and operators across multiple business areas.
      • Opportunity to build and improve recruiting systems, processes, and talent pipelines.
      • Performance-oriented environment with clear goals, weekly scorecards, feedback, and accountability.
      • Opportunity to use AI and automation to improve recruiting workflows.
      • International, distributed team environment with colleagues across multiple countries.
