Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams, suchen wir für einen unseren Standort in Garching b. München, Stuttgart, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf oder Hamburg.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung des gesamten Recruiting-Prozesses für inhouse Positionen
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung kreativer Recruiting-Strategien zur Gewinnung von Fach- und Führungskräften
  • Active Sourcing über relevante Kanäle
  • Führen von Interviews sowie Begleitung der Kandidaten durch den gesamten Auswahlprozess
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen
  • Aufbau und Pflege eines Talentpools
  • Optimierung bestehender Recruiting-Prozesse und -Tools
  • Unterstützung beim Employer Branding und Personalmarketing

Deine Qualifikation

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich Personal, Wirtschaft oder Psychologie
  • Erfahrung im Recruiting, idealerweise im Umfeld der Personaldienstleistung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Active Sourcing Tools und modernen Recruiting-Methoden
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Empathie und ein sicheres Auftreten
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
