We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven individual to fill the role of Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist for our esteemed campaign, Jobs4Palestine. As an integral part of our team, you will be tasked with spearheading the talent acquisition strategy, collaborating closely with the MENA management team, and meticulously crafting the recruitment process from start to finish. Your primary focus will be on identifying, attracting, selecting, and seamlessly onboarding top-tier talent while ensuring rigorous adherence to regulatory compliance standards.


Requirements


About You:

  • Demonstrated capacity to commit 8-10 hours per week initially

  • Proven track record of success in talent acquisition and seamless onboarding processes within dynamic organizational settings.

  • Exceptional leadership acumen with a keen ability to foster collaboration and inspire excellence within diverse teams.

  • Superior interpersonal finesse, coupled with outstanding communication and negotiation skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels effectively.

  • Meticulous attention to detail, complemented by a robust organizational toolkit and sharp analytical acumen.
