We're looking for a Recruiter to join our client's team and own the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of disciplines (tech, finance, banking, HR, and more). This is not a traditional internal recruiting role — it's a staffing agency role where you'll directly support US-based clients, manage multiple searches simultaneously, and have the opportunity to grow into a pseudo-account manager position over time.
The right person is proactive, curious, and not satisfied with the status quo They have a sales mindset, strong business acumen, and the ability to operate independently in ambiguous situations without needing every step spelled out. Native or near-native English is essential, as you'll be communicating directly with US hiring managers and candidates.
This role offers direct access to leadership (the President, COO, and Head of Strategy & Sales), exposure to top-tier US clients, and the opportunity to take ownership of accounts as you grow with the company.
Own end-to-end recruitment searches across multiple industries (technology, finance, banking, HR, nonprofit, and more).
Source, screen, and present qualified candidates to US hiring managers.
Manage candidate pipelines, follow-ups, and the full interview lifecycle.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and clients — progressively taking on account management responsibilities.
Leverage modern tools (ATS, AI, sourcing platforms) to work efficiently and stay ahead of the curve.
Maintain accurate records and workflow tracking in the company's ATS (JobDiva).
Collaborate closely with a small team of recruiters and the leadership team based in New York.
Recruiting experience in a staffing or outsourcing agency environment (not internal corporate recruiting).
Proven ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously across different disciplines.
Strong sales mindset — assertive, hungry, proactive, and goal-driven.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with the nuance required to interact directly with US hiring managers and candidates.
Native or near-native English — non-negotiable.
Curiosity and resourcefulness — comfortable using AI tools, learning new systems on your own, and operating in the gray.
Experience with at least one ATS (JobDiva experience is a plus).
Ability to work independently in a remote setup, with strong personal ownership and reliability.
Background covering both technical and non-technical roles is a strong plus.
