Position: Recruiter / Sourcing Executive (Training Provided)

As a Recruiter / Sourcing Executive at Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd, you will play a critical role in finding and attracting top talent for our clients. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Utilize various sourcing methods such as job portals, social media, networking, and referrals to identify potential candidates
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the job
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Conduct reference and background checks on potential candidates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information in the recruitment database
- Assist in the negotiation and offer process with candidates
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future job opportunities
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and sourcing
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in recruitment or sourcing, preferably in an agency setting
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using recruitment software and social media platforms for sourcing
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
