As a Recruiter at Sectra, you will play a critical role in helping us attract and hire talented individuals who are passionate about technology, innovation, and improving patient care. Working closely with hiring managers across engineering, customer operations, sales, and corporate functions, you will manage full-cycle recruitment activities while helping create an exceptional candidate experience.

This role is ideal for someone with 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience who enjoys building relationships, identifying talent, and serving as a trusted partner to both candidates and hiring managers. You'll have the opportunity to recruit for a wide variety of roles while learning about healthcare IT, medical imaging, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and other areas that support Sectra's mission.

Reporting directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition, this position offers the opportunity to grow your recruiting expertise while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing HR team.

What You Will Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment activities for a variety of positions across the organization
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and develop recruitment strategies
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
  • Conduct recruiter screens and guide candidates through the interview process
  • Coordinate interviews and collaborate with hiring teams to ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience

  • Support employer branding and recruiting marketing efforts
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide hiring updates to stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the applicant tracking system
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across recruiting, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes
  • Travel as required, up to 25%

Who You Are

  • You are detail-oriented and take pride in providing a high-quality candidate experience
  • You are self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn
  • You enjoy working in a collaborative team environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, healthcare IT, software, or customer-facing positions
