Job Type: Full-time | Remote Shift: 2nd Shift (supporting USA EST time zone)

Salary: Market Salary Neto (based on experience) + Commission Bonuses based on fills/hires (Performance)

Location: Serbia. You will need to be able to work in Serbia.

Your Responsibilities

We are on a mission to continue our growth and as a result, we are hiring a Recruiter to support our clients in North America! This role provides you with a foundation of training, the support to achieve success ultimately a career path in BestLogic Staffing.

Below is a list of duties:

As a Recruiter you will impact both our candidates and customers by finding the right people for the right jobs. You will

• Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools
  
• Screen and interview qualified candidates
  
• Partner with your Sales & Account Manager to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments.
  
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads
  
• Perform various customer service related activities
  
• Give back to your community by volunteering and partnering with various philanthropic organizations

Territory Candidate Pool Development:

• Identify and reach potential candidates with through research, referrals, networking and cold calling (60 calls/day minimum).
  
• Initiate relationships with prospective candidates by researching industry and organizations and connecting with key stakeholders.
  
• Present information related to recruiting and staffing opportunities and utilize recruiting strategies to capitalize on new opportunities and drive closures.
  
• Plan and prioritize activities based on criticality.

Requirements

• Degree in business, marketing, economics or related field.
  
• 2 years of Recruiting Experience
• Understanding the sales process and dynamics.
  
• A commitment to excellent customer service.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Business level-English).
  
• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
  
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
  
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  
• Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
