Reporting to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, the Recruiter leads full-cycle recruiting and supports key talent initiatives as needed. This role partners closely with Talent Acquisition leadership and business stakeholders to deliver hiring solutions across the organization, tailoring strategies to meet the unique needs of each requisition.
The ideal candidate is highly adaptable and results-driven, with a strong commitment to delivering a best-in-class, “white-glove” candidate experience. This includes consistently demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail, while ensuring a seamless, efficient, and engaging process for both candidates and hiring teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from intake and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
• Collaborate with hiring managers at varying seniority levels, to define hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Deliver white-glove experience to both hiring teams and candidates.
• Proactively source passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and industry-specific networks.
• Maintain accurate and timely data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular reporting and insights to leadership.
• Stay current on market trends, talent intelligence, and recruitment best practices.
• Represent the company at industry events, job fairs, and networking meetups as needed.
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated success and a proven track record in professional/life experience in specific job functions, projects, or industries. Military service can substitute for professional experience and/or formal education requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a corporate recruiting environment.
• Strong sourcing capabilities, particularly using LinkedIn Recruiter and other modern sourcing tools.
• Experience recruiting across a range of functions, including corporate business and technology.
• Proficiency in ATS platforms such as Dayforce or similar systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll Stand Out If You Have:
• Recruiting certifications such as AIRS, Certified Talent Recruiter (CTR), or equivalent.
• Background in staffing agency or recruitment firm, with successful transition to in-house recruiting.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification.

• Proficient in managing all stages of the recruitment lifecycle, from intake and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding support, across a wide range of roles and functions.
• Skilled in proactively identifying and engaging top talent through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and industry networks.
• Communicates clearly and effectively with candidates, hiring teams, and leadership, providing guidance, updates, and recommendations throughout the hiring process.
• Continuously seeks opportunities to enhance recruitment workflows, improve efficiency, and elevate the candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Maintains awareness of labor market trends, competitive talent landscapes, and recruitment best practices to inform hiring strategies and decisions.
• Utilizes recruitment metrics and ATS data to provide insights, track progress, and support strategic talent acquisition initiatives.
• Effectively manages multiple requisitions and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment, maintaining quality and responsiveness.

Working Conditions and Equipment Use:
• Work is performed indoors in a typical office environment - not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance may be required, depending on role responsibilities.
