Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support IDL (Indirect Labor) hiring activities for China manufacturing sites. This role will partner closely with Hiring Managers and HR stakeholders to deliver high-quality talent in a fast-paced hiring environment.

This is a temporary role to support peak hiring demand.

  • Manage end-to-end recruiting process for IDL positions (from requisition intake to offer closure)
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and drive effective hiring strategies
  • Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and pipeline management
  • Utilize multiple recruiting channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies) to attract talent
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the process
  • Support offer preparation, negotiation, and onboarding coordination with relevant stakeholders
  • Collaborate with HRBP, C&B, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely hiring delivery
  • Maintain accurate recruiting data and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • At least 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in IDL (engineering/technical) hiring
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting and ATS systems
  • Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills in both Chinese and English
  • Experience in semiconductor or manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Exposure to high-volume or project-based hiring is a plus
