Network Like a Pro: Build strong online and offline connections to promote our employer brand and attract the best professionals.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 3+ years in both IT and Non-IT recruitment.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions for sourcing and conducting interviews via Teams, Zoom, or Skype.
Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Industry Insight: Deep understanding of job requirements and assessments for IT and Non-IT roles.
Networking Pro: Proven ability to build and maintain a solid professional network.
Nice to Have
Experience working in a growing tech organization.
Additional language skills (e.g., German or Russian).
Previous experience in client communication.
