
About the role:
The Global Business Services (GBS) Recruiter supports recruitment activities across North America, partnering with hiring managers and senior leaders to attract and hire top talent for both white-collar and blue-collar roles. The role develops sourcing and recruitment strategies, leads networking and diversity hiring initiatives, and serves as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process. By leveraging local labor market knowledge and recruitment expertise, the recruiter helps drive informed hiring decisions while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Key responsibilities include:
Adhere strictly to global recruitment processes from start to finish.
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for White Collar and Blue Collar positions, ensuring timely fulfillment through alignment with hiring managers and post-interview debrief sessions with interview teams.
Establish and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments and guide hiring managers through decision making process.
Deliver diverse talent pools for current requisitions and proactive introductions for future needs.
Provide market insights to influence growth-oriented discussions and stay abreast of national labor trends.
Prioritize delivering a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Educate candidates on company culture, history, benefits, and work environment.
Skillfully negotiate offers within appropriate compensation ranges and ensure successful candidate closures.
Utilize various sourcing techniques and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, while employing creative strategies to attract and engage passive candidates and adapting sourcing approaches to talent market changes.
About you:
Bachelor’s degree.
5+ years of demonstrated full-cycle recruiting practices, principles, applications, and methods, including interviewing and assessment skills, with experience supporting international multi-site recruitment.
Recruitment experience involving a proactive sourcing model and engaging with passive operations candidates and networks.
Fluent in English, both written and oral.
Mandatory experience recruitment within a manufacturing environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
Exceptional market research and sourcing skills.
Experience using an ATS and Linkedin.
