Would you like to actively contribute your recruitment expertise and talent to ORBIS? Then join our HR team on a full-time, fixed-term contract to cover parental leave as a Recruiter (m/f/x). In this role, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process for one or more business units – for example, in the SAP or Microsoft sectors – from gathering requirements through to interviews and making a contract offer. You’ll work closely with your HR colleagues and the line organisations, develop efficient and transparent selection processes, and ensure a positive candidate experience. In addition, you’ll identify suitable talent as required (e.g. via LinkedIn) and take the lead in making initial and direct contact with candidates who are not actively seeking a role. Furthermore, you will continuously optimise our recruitment processes, evaluate suitable job platforms and keep an eye on market trends and new developments.

Your profile

• A completed commercial apprenticeship or degree, ideally specialising in business administration or human resources management
• Relevant professional experience in the HR field, particularly in recruitment or active sourcing
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems such as SAP SuccessFactors would be an advantage
• Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills and a confident manner
• A structured approach to work, with the ability to maintain an overview whilst managing multiple projects simultaneously
• A strong affinity for IT and knowledge of business networks (LinkedIn, etc.)
• Fluent German and very good English
• Initiative, self-confidence and openness
