Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team at RXO. In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, from identifying talent to extending offers, ensuring we attract and hire top-tier candidates who align with our company culture and values.

Job Responsibilities**

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management for a variety of roles across different departments and locations.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
  • Collaborate with HR partners to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday) to manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics.
  • Represent RXO as an employer of choice at career fairs and other recruiting events.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records and recruitment data.

Job Qualifications**

  • Fully Bilingual English / Spanish
  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting in all regions of Mexico.
  • Ability to support multiple operations and hiring managers.
  • Proficiency in Workday (Strongly preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
