Position: Recruiter - Pakistan

About the Role

We are hiring a Recruiter for our team in Pakistan. The Recruiter fills open positions in the country quickly and with the right people: mostly high-volume roles (couriers, confirmation and sales operators, warehouse staff) and, from time to time, specialist and team-lead roles.

We are an international company in the dietary supplements industry, selling on a Cash on Delivery (COD) model.

We need a hands-on, fast and organised recruiter who can run several vacancies at once, keep in touch with every candidate, and keep the hiring funnel data accurate.

Responsibilities

The Recruiter is measured on how fast vacancies are filled, how quickly candidates are contacted, and how many new hires pass probation.

Post vacancies on job platforms and social media; source candidates through databases, LinkedIn, WhatsApp / Facebook groups and referrals.

Screen CVs and run phone and online interviews against the vacancy requirements.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and collect their feedback.

Keep in touch with candidates at every stage, up to their first working day.

Build and maintain a candidate pool for recurring high-volume roles.

Keep the hiring funnel and staff tables up to date every day.

Prepare documents and onboarding for new hires together with HR HQ.

Find and work with recruitment agencies and job sites in Pakistan.

Must Have

• At least 1 year of recruitment experience, including high-volume or blue-collar hiring (couriers, call center agents, drivers, warehouse or retail staff).
• Knows local sourcing channels in Pakistan: job portals, social media groups, referrals.
• Able to run several vacancies at once and keep a fast pace.
• Confident with Google Sheets / Excel and comfortable working in a CRM or Notion.
• Clear, polite communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Urdu and working English.
• Own equipment for remote work: laptop or computer, headset, and a stable, fast internet connection.

Nice-to-have

• Experience hiring for COD e-commerce, delivery or call center businesses.
• Experience hiring in several cities of Pakistan.
• Experience working with recruitment agencies.
• Basic HR administration: employment documents, onboarding.
