Job Description

In this role, you will support the full recruitment cycle, working closely with hiring managers and experienced recruiters to help scale our engineering teams. You will work within a dedicated hiring stream and collaborate with a stream lead who will support your growth and development in recruitment.

This role is a great fit for someone who has already taken their first steps in IT recruiting, is eager to develop strong sourcing and interviewing skills, and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Challenges that await you:

• Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process
• Proactively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and direct search
• Conducting initial candidate interviews and coordinating the hiring process
• Building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines
• Partnering with hiring managers and recruiters to drive hiring decisions
• Ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Tracking recruitment metrics and maintaining accurate data in the ATS

What makes you a great fit:

• 1+ year of experience in recruitment
• Basic understanding of software development roles and tech stacks, or willingness to learn
• Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, GetMatch, or similar platforms
• Knowledge of Boolean search techniques (X-ray search is a plus)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a dynamic environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Curiosity and motivation to learn and grow within recruitment
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher to work in an international team
