🚀 Internship Opportunity: Recruiter Intern (Project-Based) at StickEarn
About StickEarn
StickEarn is an advertising technology company on a mission to transform Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising through technology, data, and creativity. We empower brands, agencies, and media owners to create impactful advertising experiences across Indonesia.
As a  Recruiter Intern, you will support the Talent Acquisition team in executing a mass hiring project. This is a short-term, fully remote (WFH) opportunity where you’ll gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates in a fast-paced hiring environment.
🌟 What You’ll Do

• Source and identify potential candidates using internal channels and job portals.
• Reach out and engage with candidates to assess initial interest and fit.
• Screen and shortlist candidate profiles based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial interviews for selected roles as assigned.
• Update candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, as well as assist in hiring test processes.
• Prepare and maintain recruitment reports, including candidate status and hiring progress.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Able to start in the first week of April and commit for approximately 1 month.
• Final-year student or fresh graduate from any major.
• Preferably with prior internship experience in recruitment.
• Basic understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Good communication skills and confidence in interacting with candidates.
