• Must be coursing last year of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a Major in Human Resources Management.
• Bilingual: Spanish & English
• Support: Hybrid
• Experience:
  • Work independently as well as in a team.
  • Understanding of the nature of confidentiality.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

• Identify and develop sources of qualified candidates.
• Screen, interview, and recommend candidates to the Recruiters Specialist.
• Perform effective and clear phone and personal interviews using proven target selection methodologies.
• Write effective job postings and job ads.
• Perform effective and clear pre-screenings using proven target selection methodologies.
• Effectively perform several administrative activities such as schedule meetings, attending phone calls, organizing files, others as needed by the business.
• Provide support to vendor neutral customers and resources to continually expand FITS service offerings.
• Display a high level of professionalism and compassion when working with each account on sensitive matters.
