About the Role
Swan Global is looking for a motivated
Recruiter Intern
to support our talent acquisition team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, sourcing strategies, and candidate engagement.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and databases.
·
Support recruiters in coordinating interviews and managing candidate communication.
·
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate details.
·
Conduct initial candidate outreach and schedule interviews.
·
Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting vacancies on various platforms.
·
Help with employer branding initiatives, including social media recruitment campaigns.
·
Participate in market research to identify talent trends and industry insights.
·
Support in documentation and onboarding processes.
Requirements
·
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
·
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
·
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
·
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
·
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with LinkedIn.
·
Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.
