As the Recruiter I at our Melbourne Headquarters you will recruit and present qualified candidates for front-line member-facing positions, both permanent and temporary. Assist with candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination activities. Complete background screenings under guidance and support hiring managers and senior recruiting staff in candidate selection and job offers. Assist in administering internal and external job postings and advertising processes using a variety of medica sourcing sites.

Recruiter I Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for front-line roles, partnering with hiring managers to define needs, source talent, conduct screenings, and present qualified candidates.
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers on candidate progress while supporting background checks and employment verification.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience by communicating application status, next steps, and maintaining compliant recruitment records.
• Assist with job offers and onboarding by coordinating offer details, pre-employment requirements, start dates, and orientation activities.
• Support internal recruitment efforts by managing job postings, coordinating interviews, and ensuring consistency with internal policies.
• Develop and post job advertisements across job boards, social media, and other sourcing channels.
• Demonstrate strong organization and initiative while supporting continuous improvements to recruiting processes and candidate experience.
• Conducts Benefits presentation to new Team Members on a rotating basis.

Recruiter I Requirements:

Education and Training

• Two-year college diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience required.

Prior Experience:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, staffing, or a related administrative role required.
• Experience supporting high-volume or entry-level hiring preferred.
• Relevant education or internship experience may be considered as a substitution.

Recruiter I Compensation:

• $58,510 to $61,962
