About the Opportunity:
LINK is actively seeking a Recruiter (Full Lifecycle) to join our dynamic team, where we leverage strong partnerships and a robust portfolio of clients across diverse industries. The Recruiter plays a critical role in supporting LINK’s growth by leading full lifecycle recruiting efforts across the organization. This position focuses on attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent, while partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver a seamless and efficient hiring process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5–8+ years of experience in recruiting or HR, with strong exposure to full lifecycle recruiting
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships
- Demonstrated ability to assess talent and make sound hiring recommendations
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Experience working with ATS platforms (e.g. Greenhouse)
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a dynamic environment
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage full lifecycle recruiting, from requisition intake through offer stage
- Partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring strategies
- Proactively source and engage candidates through various channels, building strong talent pipelines
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and overall fit
- Effectively “sell” the role and LINK’s value proposition to prospective candidates
- Coordinate and manage interview scheduling, ensuring a smooth and timely candidate experience
- Drive candidate progress through the pipeline to meet hiring timelines and goals
- Facilitate the offer process, including drafting offers and supporting closing conversations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Partner with internal stakeholders to continuously improve recruiting processes and candidate experience
Work Schedule:
- Full time, 40 hours per week
- Some travel required to attend relevant events and conferences and participate in LINK team events
Salary
We're committed to offering competitive compensation. While the salary range for this position is $71,000-$97,000, your final offer may be adjusted based on factors like experience and location.
