Primary focus on full cycle critical staffing with accountability for hiring outcomes as well as turn over

This position is based in FL.

• Experience in managing high priority volume openings while triaging urgent requests

• The ability to identify areas of process improvement to increase efficiency, consistency and candidate experience

Minimum Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience working within a Talent Acquisition function
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a recruiter role required
