What is the role?

At Bloomberg, we are passionate about hiring dynamic and innovative individuals to build our rapidly growing business. We operate in a fast-paced environment and are dedicated to attracting and hiring exceptional talent across our global organization.

We're looking for an Entry Level Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in São Paulo. This is a hybrid role that combines full-cycle recruiting for our early careers and entry-level hiring with talent coordination responsibilities supporting hiring across LATAM. You'll partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders to deliver an exceptional candidate experience while helping us identify, attract, and hire top talent.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about creating outstanding candidate experiences while driving recruiting initiatives from strategy through execution.

Our Team

Our team partners closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring goals and attract exceptional talent across Bloomberg. We recruit year-round for entry-level opportunities, internships, and experienced hires across Analytics, Sales, Engineering, Customer Support, News, Media, Research, Data, Finance, and Corporate Functions.

We'll trust you to:

Entry Level Recruiter (Approximately 70%)
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for entry-level and internship hiring across assigned business areas, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and candidate engagement.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop recruitment strategies, and provide market insights.
  • Lead the end-to-end management of Bloomberg's Brazil Internship Program, partnering with hiring managers to oversee recruitment, onboarding, intern engagement, and program execution.
  • Build strong relationships with universities, student organizations, and external partners to strengthen Bloomberg's employer brand across Brazil and the LATAM region.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify students and recent graduates through campus engagement, networking events, social media, and other talent channels.
  • Conduct HR phone interviews and assess candidates against role requirements and Bloomberg's culture.
  • Coordinate interview feedback, facilitate debrief discussions, and guide hiring managers through the selection process.
  • Manage candidates through the offer process and maintain engagement through their start date.
  • Support internship recruitment by partnering with hiring managers, collecting hiring needs, posting roles, conducting HR interviews, coordinating offers, and assisting with intern programming and events.
  • Represent Bloomberg at campus recruiting initiatives, career fairs, and other recruiting events.
  • Analyze recruiting trends and leverage data to continuously improve hiring outcomes and processes.
Talent Coordination (Approximately 30%)
  • Manage any in-person logistics for entry hiring across LATAM, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Partner closely with recruiters, coordinators, interviewers, and business stakeholders to coordinate interviews across multiple locations and time zones.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines within our Applicant Tracking System and ensure recruiting data remains accurate and up to date.
  • Recommend and implement best practices to improve interview coordination, scheduling efficiency, and candidate experience.
  • Support planning and logistics for recruitment events, assessment days, and hiring initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders while serving as the primary on-site coordination support for in-person interviews in São Paulo.
  • Contribute to cross-functional Talent Acquisition projects focused on process improvement and operational excellence.
You'll need to have:
  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting, coordination, or related HR function.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across different business functions.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A demonstrated commitment to providing a superior candidate and stakeholder experience.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.
  • Ability to use data to inform recruiting decisions and improve processes.
  • Willingness to travel domestically during peak campus recruiting seasons, as needed.
We'd love to see:
  • Experience recruiting for entry-level, internship, or early career talent.
  • Experience coordinating interviews across multiple business functions or geographic locations.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
  • Experience organizing recruiting events, career fairs, or employer branding initiatives.
  • Knowledge of the LATAM university landscape and early talent market.
