Abacus is seeking 2 skilled Recruitment & Compensation Specialist to provide TEMPORARY support.

This assignment is expected to last 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on agency needs.

Location Downtown Richmond - Parking available ($49 per month out-of-pocket expense)

JOB DUTIES:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, from sourcing through offer acceptance

• Develop job descriptions and manage postings across multiple platforms

• Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure strong talent alignment

• Coordinate interviews and support hiring managers throughout the selection process

• Prepare competitive offers while ensuring internal pay equity

• Conduct compensation analysis, salary benchmarking, and job evaluations

• Maintain pay structures and support annual compensation cycles

• Process Improvement — Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment and compensation workflows

• Ensure compliance with pay-equity and employment regulations

• Partner with managers on hiring decisions and compensation recommendations
