Mercy is seeking a Recruiter who will specialize in attracting and hiring Advanced Practitioners in the Northwest Arkansas Community.

This is a newly created role established to support the development and long‑term success of a transformational new campus in Northwest Arkansas designed to redefine how care is delivered in the heartland of America.

This is a hybrid position with regular on-site expectations.

Position Details:

Responsibilities

  • Lead full‑cycle recruitment for Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and other APP roles
  • Build strong relationships with hiring leaders to understand clinical staffing needs and workforce trends
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract passive and mission‑aligned talent
  • Deliver a seamless, personalized candidate experience from first contact through onboarding
  • Partner closely with provider leadership, HR, and credentialing teams to ensure alignment and timely hiring decisions
  • Leverage data and market insights to drive recruitment strategies and improve outcomes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2 + years of experience in provider or healthcare recruitment (APP recruitment strongly preferred)
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Strength in sourcing, relationship management, and managing multiple priorities
  • Passion for supporting clinical teams who deliver care with excellence and compassion
