Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 SalaryBSC is seeking a Recruiter to support full cycle recruiting within the company.  The Recruiter is responsible for attracting, sourcing, and evaluating candidates for job openings. This position will manage the entire hiring process, from posting job listings and conducting interviews to extending offers and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Recruiter is also responsible for building talent pipelines and ensuring compliance with employment regulations.

Job Responsibilities
- Post job openings on various job boards, company websites, and social media platforms to attract potential candidates.
- Access diverse talent pools and be a brand ambassador to prospective candidates.
- Actively broker outreach to prospective candidates in technical and diverse circles that are traditionally underrepresented for the purpose of attracting and engaging candidates to the brand.
- Cultivate and maintain a pipeline of leads for current and future opportunities.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates, keeping them informed about the status of their applications, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure that all stakeholders are well-prepared.
- Work with HR Business Partner to extend offers and discuss other terms of employment, such as benefits and work arrangements.
- Schedule pre-employment physical exams and drug screens.  Initiate background checks and monitor completion.
- Assist new hires with the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.  Create new hire personnel files and conduct a portion of new employee orientation. Serve as a back-up for completing and submitting I-9 forms.
- Manage and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to keep track of candidates and hiring progress.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the ATS, training new users how to navigate the system and partnering with the vendor on continuous improvements.
- Develop and track data and reporting analytics for sourcing against metrics.
- Partner with the HR team to develop and deliver interview training for hiring managers.
- Oversee the Service Award Program and order flowers for significant life events of our employees.

Qualifications

Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or another related program preferred; equivalent relevant work experience may be considered.
- 3 - 5 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience; experience recruiting production operators preferred.
Experience
- Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
- Strong knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices.
- Strong knowledge of principles and procedures for sourcing, recruitment, and selection.
- Experience developing a recruiting strategy strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated organizational skills when managing multiple tasks.
- Experience managing confidential information.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

Work Environment
This position will involve extended keyboarding time. Position requires that employee be able to move about a multi-building campus, filing and storage rooms, and between the Mead and Longmont sites. Our campus is a manufacturing site with laboratory facilities; therefore, occasional use of PPE will be required.
