Handle the entire recruiting process from end to end to meet assigned searchesWill work on direct hire full time roles based in the United StatedFollow up with the client through email and phone callsMake a placement within 45 days (or 60 days depending on circumstances)Make 2 placements in the first 2 monthsThis position will focus heavily on the manufacturing industry, however you must have the ability to fill different positions from a variety industries based in the USWill be provided an ATS along with an Indeed subscription, Ziprecruiter subscription, and several other sourcing tools as we see fitQualifications:Minimum 5 years of recruiting experienceMust live in the United States with at least 80% of your experience being with businesses in the United StatesHave experience working directly with clients to do onboarding calls, need to be able to askwhat requirements the client has for the open roleMust be familiar with sending submittals directly to the client without an account managerShould know the right time to follow up with a client using both emails and phone calls.Must know how to vocally communicate what they need to perform their tasksMust have vast recruiting experience in different roles such as but not limited to: Engineers, Manufacturing roles, Warehouse positions, Sales positions, Operations Managers, etc.Must write and speak perfect EnglishHard requirement, minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience.
