Description (2 Roles: Recruiter and Recruiter Coordinator)

Recruiter Responsibilities:

  • Own full life cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions in all functions and levels of the company
  • Execute sourcing strategies aligned with business function talent needs utilizing new or existing sourcing channels
  • Establish talent networks to build immediate and long-term diverse local, regional or national candidate pipelines
  • Facilitate comprehensive, compliant selection process
  • Ensure talent acquisition processes and best practices are executed
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships within HR, with the Sr Leadership Team and across business leader network
  • Report on key metrics pertaining to time, cost and quality of hire; recruitment bench; sourcing; candidate and manager satisfaction
  • Facilitate consistent hiring and on-boarding practices
  • Establish best in class candidate and hiring manager experience
  • All other duties as assigned

Recruiter Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary recruitment operations partner supporting Talent Acquisition and hiring teams across North America.
  • Lead end-to-end interview coordination for high-volume, specialized, and leadership-level hiring across multiple business functions.
  • Manage complex scheduling logistics involving candidates, hiring managers, executives, and cross-functional interview teams.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle by providing timely communication and white-glove support.
  • Support recruiters with sourcing activities, candidate pipeline management, requisition management, interview processes, offer administration, and hiring workflow coordination.
  • Provide HR administrative support to all Recruiters in North America.

Skills & Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

This individual must possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and client management skills while displaying the highest degree of integrity in implementing the industry's best practices (sourcing, recruiting, candidate assessment). The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, organized, creative, proactive, and understand the urgency and confidentiality of the recruiting function. The individual must thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments.

  • Minimum of 5 years full life-cycle corporate recruiting experience
  • Passion for recruiting
  • Skills, knowledge and applications related to recruitment marketing, online sourcing, and social recruitment
  • Experience in sourcing and networking
  • Experience in recruiting for corporate functions
  • Understanding of employment law
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook, Word & Excel) and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Ability to source, screen, and interview large volumes of candidates for numerous openings or more complex roles
  • Strong consultative and influencing skills
  • Strong agility and adaptability to meet the needs of a dynamic and changing organization

Preferred Requirements:

  • Workday Recruiting experience
  • Diversity recruitment initiatives experience
  • Technical and Call Center recruiting experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Atlanta, GA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $36.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
