Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter with deep expertise in sourcing across LinkedIn and Onlinejobs.ph. In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, build targeted search strings (including X-ray searches) to uncover hidden talent, manage ATS platforms like Manatal and Workable, and efficiently handle multiple open requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Requisition Management: Efficiently balance and prioritize high-volume, concurrent open roles while maintaining quick time-to-fill metrics and high candidate quality.
• Candidate Summaries & Client Endorsements: Draft professional, comprehensive profile summaries and endorsement decks highlighting top candidate strengths, skill alignments, and interview insights for presentation to clients.
• Advanced Sourcing & X-Ray Searches: Utilize complex Boolean logic and Google X-ray search strings to bypass platform limitations and source talent across LinkedIn, Onlinejobs.ph, and untraditional web channels.
• ATS & Pipeline Operations: Hands-on candidate tracking, activity logging, and workflow management within Manatal and Workable to ensure seamless pipeline reporting.
• End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the full hiring lifecycle from initial candidate mapping, engagement, and screening interviews to client endorsement and final placement.
• Targeted Outreach: Craft personalized, high-converting outreach campaigns via LinkedIn InMail, direct messaging, and cold emails to attract passive top performers.
• Screening & Assessment: Conduct behavioral and technical interviews, evaluating candidates against specific Job Description (JD) requirements to present curated, top-tier shortlists.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of dedicated recruitment or talent acquisition experience within a Virtual Assistant (VA) agency or fast-paced remote staffing firm.
• Sourcing Capability: Proven mastery of LinkedIn (Recruiter / Sales Navigator) and Onlinejobs.ph, with demonstrated experience creating X-ray search strings to locate hard-to-find skill sets.
• Client Endorsement & Writing Skills: Exceptional ability to synthesize candidate backgrounds into polished, articulate candidate profiles and summary write-ups for client review.
• ATS Expertise: Hands-on experience operating Applicant Tracking Systems, specifically Manatal/Workable.
• Multi-Tasking & Workload: Ability to seamlessly manage multiple open requisitions at once without sacrificing candidate experience or output quality.
• Communication & Judgment: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with strong candidate assessment capabilities.
• Lead Outreach & Boolean Logic: Skilled in writing personalized outreach messaging and constructing targeted Boolean search strings across multiple platforms.
• US Market Standards: Solid understanding of quality criteria, communication standards, and screening expectations for roles supporting US businesses.
